Our Values
From 1986 to the present day, interlanguage has been guided by strong values: these words embody the same principles we believed in at the outset, 38 years ago, when we wrote them down on a piece of paper and made them the basis of our first project. Today, they remain the cornerstone of our business. As such, they are also central to our talent recruitment strategy.
Passion

This is what drives us to do our best: a successful and effective translation is always the result of teamwork and of a process in which experienced professionals choose the best available technology and then carefully and sensitively render the text in a new language.

Motivation
This is what drives us to improve and constantly raise the bar. We have built a team of people who are not only highly motivated to listen to and satisfy customers, but also want to create consistent and repeatable quality. We are proud of this achievement, which is precisely why we want to do even better.
Innovation
Innovation
From paper to AI and from dictionaries to apps. Our industry is undergoing a technological revolution, speeding up time frames and streamlining processes. However, the human element, a mix of experience and sensitivity, is always the deciding factor in aligning bits and neurons to guide the most advanced technology.
Consistency
Consistency
Our job is composed of words. Today, we feel that the words we choose to reflect and communicate our values and beliefs are even bigger, broader and stronger than when we started our project as a company.
This is because we associate them with the people, teams and client companies who have become our world.
